When is my order processed?

All orders are processed the same day they are received. Delivery fees, as well as taxes , if applicable, are charged on a pro-rated basis.

Do you accept major credit cards?

Yes, we do. We offer the convenience of paying with most major credit and debit cards. You can rest assure that your credit card information is protected through 128 bit encryption service provided by Yahoo!, one of most trusted names on the Internet.

In addition we can accept e-check payments, and all major credit cards including Discover, through Paypal. Paypal is a global online payment system that is convenient, easy-to-use, and a secure way for you to send money online, with over 100 million registered users worldwide. When will I receive my order?

All in-stock items are shipped within 24-48 business hours via FedEx ground service. You should expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days. Orders shipped via USPS Priority mail will deliver within 2-3 business days.

What will it cost me in the way of delivery charges?

Delivery charges for orders to the 48 contiguous States will be calculated automatically when you proceed to the checkout on our site. Alaska and Hawaii will require additional shipping charges. We do ship to APO and all militiary addresses via USPS Priority Mail, and to Canada via USPS Priority International (any taxes or duty fees assessed through Canadian Customs are the customer's responsibility).

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

We are required by law to collect 6% sales tax to all orders shipped to Maryland.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been submitted?

If we have not yet shipped your order, you can request a change or cancel your order. For fastest service, you can email us. Be sure to include your full name and address information, as well as your order confirmation number. Please provide complete details on the information that you would like to correct or change. When we have made the change on your order, we will send you an email confirmation. If we are unable to change or cancel your order, we will notify you via email.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

We try to keep our site as current as possible, so you can shop with confidence that items you're interested in on our site are available. Sometimes, we experience heavier than expected demand and an item becomes unavailable before we are able to temporarily remove it from the site. If an item you've ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you via email. If you are concerned about availability on a specific item, you can email us. When sending an email inquiry, be sure to include the item number and/or description, and the quantity you'd like to purchase.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We are positive you are going to be extremely pleased with your item. However, if for some reason you are unsatisfied, we will be happy to process a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt of your purchase (delivered date). Refunds will be for the purchase price only and Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable. Items must be received in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and contained within the original packaging.

All returns must obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning your purchase. Please email us to obtain an RMA number. Returns must include your order number, name and address for processing a refund, and shipped via insured mail.
